I posted this fairly late last night. Just wanted to make sure everyone saw it.

I used to think that the best thing about Crossfit was the grueling workouts. I now know that it’s the people at Crossfit Jenks that makes the workouts so special. Thanks so much for the card and comments – it means more to me than I can express in words. Seeing everyone tonight was the best therapy I could imagine. Oh yeah, Fight Gone Bad helps to relieve some stress too!! Great to be back!!

Alright, so I didn’t post yesterday’s meals but you’ll be happy to know that I have remained w/in my 12 blocks. I haven’t been writing down my meals in my journal so I’m gonna wing it.. which reminds me- for any of you zoning or simply attempting to clean up your diet a journal is a GREAT way to keep track of your meals and see what types of foods and calories your taking in each day. The key is to document everything you consume! Even if you cheat!! : )

    2 whole eggs scrambled
    1/2 whole grain english muffin
    1 tsp Peanut butter
    2 blocks

    Think Thin PB Bar
    3 Blocks- no sugar!

    3oz Salmon
    Apple
    6 almonds
    2 BLocks

    Zone Bar
    2 Blocks

    3oz Turkey Burger
    3 Tbs Avocado
    2 Beers
    3 Blocks

    12 Blocks!!

Great job coaching Breck! I have never stayed with anything this long! Pretty
    amaziing.

It was very hot running…but I just kept thinking about my loving nephew=OkieDB and the adverse condtions he performs CF everyday..and I kept going!!
OkieDB…we miss you and can’t wait to see you in July.
I have got to go with the ZONE.. I have lost 9 pounds since I started CF but my
diet is not good! I am going to set a goal to start next week. I am addicted
to Vanilla Iced coffee–and I bet that is not on the Z.
Lynne, where were you tonight??? Did you look at the web site?????

  11. Lynneon 26 Jun 2008 at 10:29 pm
