Outstanding performance/competition from Jeff and David this morning on today’s
WOD! Great intensity fellas!
I haven’t posted my zone results the last couple of days because some of my meals haven’t been balanced but I am still eating good quality foods. I have been enjoying a few more fats in my diet like all natural peanut butter and nuts. Don’t worry, I am still in the zone challenge and will get right back on track.

I used 50 lbs today. Made it through 4 minutes and failed to complete my 5th round in 5 minutes. Tougher than it looked. I went ahead and did as many round as possible in 20 minutes and got through 13 rounds + 2 thruster. Missed round 14 by 3 thrusters. It was a good chance to improve my Hang powercleans.
Great job David! Got me by 3 thrusters.

Made it for 4 minutes on track. Missed the 5th by 1 thruster.
Completed 14 rounds on the bell…Jeff and I had a good competition going today it was a great way to start the Friday.

used 75lbs : failed after 4, then made it to 11 rounds + 1 HPC.
