5 Deadlifts
5 Hang powerclean
5 Thrusters

(Men 95 lbs all lifts, Women 65 lbs all lifts)

I used 50 # today as well. 

Made it for 4 minutes on track. Missed the 5th by 1 thruster. 
Completed 14 rounds on the bell...Jeff and I had a good competition going today it was a great way to start the Friday.</description>

		<description>Outstanding performance/competition from Jeff and David this morning on today's 
WOD!  Great intensity fellas!  

I haven't posted my zone results the last couple of days because some of my meals haven't been balanced but I am still eating good quality foods.  I have been enjoying a few more fats in my diet like all natural peanut butter and nuts.  Don't worry, I am still in the zone challenge and will get right back on track.</description>
