3 Rounds for time of:

10 Burpees

20 Walking lunge steps

30 Sit-ups

40 Squats

50 Double unders (or sub 150 regular jump rope)

    Was out of town with no weights, but did have access to pull-up bar next to a high school track in Texas heat.

    Did 4 rounds of:
    run 800 meters
    21 pull-ups
    21 squats
    21 push-ups

    My time: 51:51

    Time: 18:48
    6th overall
    2nd in age group 30-34

    did CFE wod;
    All Sports: Goal is to use maximum effort for 1 min interval. No Fouls if all out efforts.
    1min on, 1 min off, 1 min on, 50 sec off, 1 min on, 40 sec off, 1 min on, 30 sec off, 1 min on 20 sec off, 1 min on, 10 sec off, then go back up the ladder until you finish with 1 min on, 50 sec off, 1 min on.
    Foul: 1 min of max rep Burpees

    did this at the Jenks track. this ladder was BRUTAL! when it was over I had covered about 6 laps (1.5 miles)

    I thought I gave an all out effort the whole time, so I skipped the burpees.

    Great job Tim! wear that t-shirt with pride bro!
