Did Modified Crossfit warm-up

Did modified “Lynne”   5 rounds of max reps bodyweight benchpress and pull-ups.
I did 135lbs. on bench press.

I did Bench Press 7-7-6-6-5
Pull-ups 9-6-8-7-7
Total: 68 reps (new PR at “Lynne” by 13 reps)

Did “Barbell Bear” 5 reps of deadlift, hang clean, thruster with same weight and barbell, completing each round in 1 minute, and going 20 rounds in 20 minutes.  I used 50lbs.
I made it 8 rounds within 8 minutes.  Did total of 17 rounds and 5 deadlifts in 20 minutes.

Ran 1 mile on treadmill at 0% incline.

Did OHS 
5x50 lbs.
10x50 lbs.

Did back squats
2 sets of 5x135 lbs.

Did dumbbell shoulder press
10x20 lb. dumbbells
5x25lb. dumbbells</description>

		<description>Ran sprints today. 8 seconds on 12 off alla Steven Lopez's Olympic Taekwondo training routine. 

Today was round breathing due to alergies but we did get some good sprints in, it's so much easier to run hard when you don't know how far away 8 seconds is. :P</description>
