    I TRIED the double unders and spent about 3 minutes and didn’t get one! So I decided if I didn’t want to be at the gym all night I should opt for the single unders!!

    Danny, great job! Especially doing the double unders and rx’d weight on the kb swings. I feel the same way about double-unders as Nicole does.
