    Ran sprints equivalent to a 3 round fight.

    8 seconds on 12 seconds off for each round, no rest other than the 12 seconds walking.

    Did CFWUx3

    Did modified main Crossfit WOD: 5 rounds for time
    135lb. deadlift 15 reps
    135lb. Hang power clean 12 reps
    135lb. Front squat 9 reps
    135lb. Push jerk 6 reps
    I subbed 70 lbs. for 135 lbs. on first round, 65 lbs. on the 2nd round, 60 lbs. on rounds 3,4,5.

    My time: 25:48

    I followed up by doing modified Crossfit Jenks WOD: 5 rounds for time
    400m run (all on treadmill at 0% incline)
    15 reps SDLHP 95 lbs.
    15 reps Push Press 95 lbs.
    I subbed 50 lbs. for 95 lbs. on all rounds.

    My time: 35:58
