5 Pull-ups

10 Push-ups

15 Squats

    Did modified CFWUx3

    Did main Crossfit WOD: Continuous pull-ups. 1 in the 1st minute, 2 in 2nd minute, etc. As many minutes as possible.

    I made it through 8 full minutes completing 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8, and completed only 7 pull-ups in the 9th minute.

    Then, I did Crossfit Jenks WOD: “Cindy”
    5 pull-ups, 10 push-ups, 15 squats AMRAP in 20 minutes

    I did 10 full rounds.

    Then I did
    OHS
    2 sets of 10×45 lbs.

    Back squat
    2 sets of 5×135 lbs.

    Dumbell shoulder press
    10×20 lb. dumbbells
    5×25 lb. dumbbells

    Deadlift
    10×135 lbs.
    7×185 lbs.

    Ran mile outdoors in the mid-day heat in 8:34
