  1. Haven’t been posting my blocks but I am still zoning strict. After more research on CF I changed my block Rx, and have noticed a huge difference in energy while still losing weight.

    I now eat : 19 Pro./ 19 Carb./ 76 Fat per day.
    that’s right, 76 blocks of fat. It was hard to wrap my head around it, but 4X and 5X the fat works.

    1 1/2 C. strawberries
    1 apple
    5 egg whites + 1 whole egg scrambled
    18 macadamia nuts

    used 75lbs on push jerks and did all pull-ups ‘chest to bar’.
