Wanted to a row a 2k, but the Row-ometer, or whatever you call it, was broke. Did push press 21×80 15×70 9×70 Did Shoulder press 21×60 15×55 9×55 Ran 400m on treadmill at 0% incline Ran on elliptical for 4 minutes and rode stationary bike for 4 minutes Reply
