    Did Front squats 5-5-5-5-5

    I did 125-125-125-125-125
    Did not go any heavier because did not want to stress injured thigh

    Rowed for 10 minutes. Wanted to a row a 2k, but the Row-ometer, or whatever you call it, was broke.

    Did push press

    Did Shoulder press
    21×60
    15×55
    9×55

    Ran 400m on treadmill at 0% incline
    Ran on elliptical for 4 minutes and rode stationary bike for 4 minutes

    5 @ 165 lbs.
    5 @ 185 lbs. (PR)

    previous PR was 1 rep at 165 about two months ago!

    My shoulders are so tender today from letting that bar rest on them. I guess that means the bar was in the right place?
