50 Deadlift (Men 135 lbs, Women 85 lbs)

50 Push-ups

50 Box jumps (Men 24” box , Women 20″ box)

50 Floor Wipers (Men 135 lbs, Women 85 lbs)

50 Kettlebell or dumbell clean and press (Men 35 lbs, Women 20 lbs)

25 Pull-ups

    Still nursing a leg injury, but I did get back on the road today.

    Ran 2 miles in 19:58

    Did 3 rounds of
    10 push-ups
    50 sit-ups

    and then another 10 push-ups

    Wish I could have been with the Jenks Crossfit gang today. I know there were some special Crossfitters there. Hope everyone has a great workout.
