    Hey Guys, I just wanted to say seeing all your times from yesterday got me PUMPED! It looked like an awesome WOD and you all did great!
    While down here I’ve visited a couple local CF’s and let me tell you I can honestly say I haven’t seen the spirit of comradery that the CFJ crowd has. I did convince the owner to let me do our WOD today,

    This was supposed to be a Rest Day for me, but you Crossfit Jenks folks have me inspired.

    I did a light warmup with some sit-ups, push-ups, Samson stretch, squats, and light jump rope

    Thanks for the kind words ladies.

    May I just say that Nicole Berry is a freaking stud. She did yesterday’s killer workout as Rx’d with 65 lbs thrusters and all kipping pull-ups. I don’t even think she broke a sweat. I did 45 lbs thrusters and jumping pull-ups and she still kicked my butt. Way to push yesterday Nicole!

    I got to watch some impressive power cleans today. Everyone had good form and technique. Great job to everyone on their lifts and personal records today! And Mark, I am always amazed at your commitment and consistency to CrossFit without anyone their to suffer through it with you. I am also impressed with how many different skills you practice in your workouts. That reminds me of a quote I heard from a coach who said “Perfect is good enough”. Keep up the hard work!
