10 Dumbbell overhead walking lunges

10 Dumbbell thrusters

    I used 20lbs dumbells and my time was 14:2?

    Went to bed knowing that I planned to do “Randy” in the morning. Ended up doing “Randy” 5 to 7 times. I lost count. I did 45lbs. and I did 55lbs. and I did 65lbs. I dropped weights. I held weights. I think I even made weights disappear. By the time I woke up, I was sick of “Randy”. I did all this in my sleep, but by the time I woke up I was exhausted. I went to the gym anyway, and did the real thing modified with 55lbs. in 16:16

    I could have pushed so much harder, but I was totally bored with power snatches, having already done a few hundred during my sleep. That is the tragedy of knowing the next day’s WOD before hitting the bed.

    “Dumbbell Hell” with 25 lbs,

    made it through 3 rounds and wussed out, ran to the bathroom and puked, came back in the gym and laid on the floor looking at the lights for 10 minutes or so, drove home and flopped on the couch and took an hour nap.
