    I’m still getting used to feeling that much weight on my back. Shortening the distance between my grip took a lot of pressure off my back and let me hit 125 without feeling like the bar was going to make me crumble. :)

    China is currently dominating weightlifting at the Olympics. Four weightlifting gold medals so far. http://www.nbcolympics.com/weightlifting/index.html

    Looking good Jeff!

    So I’m still fighting the poison ivy…now on my second set of roids…too bad they make me super hungry.

    Still sticking pretty close to the zone. Even without being able to workout I’m still down about 3 lbs since last Monday.

    Breakfast today:
    2 eggs, ham, jalapenos.
    1 whole wheat toast
    black coffee with milk
    1 med apple.

    Lunch:
    Deli sandwich
    2 slices of low carb sourdough bread
    4 oz of turkey
    1 slice of muenster cheese
    mustard
    baby spinach as “lettuce”
    12 almonds

    Did 30 C&J w/100 lbs. for time
    My time: 21:43

    I would have placed last at Crossfit Games Women’s Division.
    I would have DQ’d also because only a third of my cleans were full squat cleans.

    I can do better.
