Yesterday at 10pm I decided to get in a workout.
I did Shoulder Press 100×58lbs.
100 push-ups (75 girl push-ups because the presses wiped me out)
100 sit-ups
100 squats
Today I did CFWUx3
Did 3 rounds of run 800m and 21 pull-ups for time
My time: 24:46
Did OHS
5×45 lbs.
10×45 lbs.
10×45 lbs.
Did Back squats
10×95 lbs.
10×95 lbs.
Did Deadlift
10×135 lbs.
10×135 lbs.
I would love to hear some comments about the MUD RUN.
