Rest day for me.
I am impressed by all the Crossfit Jenks folks. Seems everyone is doing FRAN as Rx’d, and the times are terrific. Whatever you are doing, keep on doing it. I am still 25lbs. away and several minutes from the kind of production Jenks-ers are demonstrating.
Tomorrow, it’s Murph for me. Only my second time as Rx’d.
