Deadlift (Men 225 lbs, Women 155 lbs)

Handstand Push ups

A good substitute for handstand push ups is the shoulder press.

    For time, did:
    30×75 lb. shoulder press (as a sub for handstand push-ups)
    40 pull-ups
    50 dumbell swings w/45lbs. (as a sub for 1.5pood kettlebell swings)
    60 sit-ups
    70 burpees

    My time: 36:15
