Pull-ups

Post bench press weight and total reps to responses.

Immediately go from bench press to pull-ups with no rest.

Rest 5 minutes between rounds.

  1. It’s College Football time! Truly the most wonderful time of the year in my house!

    here’s my Sooner challenge for this Saturday (or for anybody’s fave team)

    5 burpees for evey point scored by your favorite team. touchdown + extra point= 35 burpees. field goal = 15 burpees.

    on opening weekend, I’ll probably be praying for the second string to be put in early.
