5 Rounds for total reps of:

Bench Press (Men Bodyweight, Women 2/3 Bodyweight)

Pull-ups

Post bench press weight and total reps to responses.

Immediately go from bench press to pull-ups with no rest.

Rest 5 minutes between rounds.

    It’s College Football time! Truly the most wonderful time of the year in my house!

    here’s my Sooner challenge for this Saturday (or for anybody’s fave team)

    5 burpees for evey point scored by your favorite team. touchdown + extra point= 35 burpees. field goal = 15 burpees.

    on opening weekend, I’ll probably be praying for the second string to be put in early.

    Made a decent improvement. Just gotta get the strength up so I can get anywhere near my BW on bench.
