    Then did 155 lb clean and jerk 30 reps for time. This was done to the CrossFit Games standard with a full squat clean and lock out overhead.

    Time: 6:05; Last time I used 50lbs and had a time of 6:12.

    I ran 400m and 800m yesterday for the first time in about three weeks. It felt pretty good. I need to get my running legs back. Still no squatting or weighted leg work, but at least I can run a little bit now. It is getting better day by day.
