    Hello CrossFit Jenks Crew,
    WOW what a great picture of the CrossFit Jenks Crew. All of you look terrific! I sure wish I could have been there with you and for such a great cause. All I can say is that I was there with you in heart, spirit, and mind and I am proud of you and your cause. The “Fight Gone Bad III” fundraiser is a grand thing the CrossFit Communities around the world put on and it is also a great WOD. Just another great reason to CrossFit.

    Once again Coaches (Breck and Nicole), I am honored and humbled about the OkieDB 100 Day Go Home Burpee Countdown being conducted at the CF Jenks facility. I would like to tip my hat to all that burpee-in and knock out 5050 burpees. Mark and Danny I really like your mindset “only 5049 to go” what a great attitude and way to look at it. I am stoked as I have now completed day two and I am in double digits until my return. I look forward to our attitude in 50 or more days :)

    CF Jenks keep up the great work, intensity, and perseverance. I look forward to workout with you in January. Perhaps we will perform 100 burpees for time or maybe GI JANE!

    1 Burpee
    20 minute bike ride for distance Level 14 = 5.66 miles

    Push Jerk 5-5-5-5-5 reps = 135, 155, 165, 185, 175 lbs completed 5 reps all sets

    Follow-Up TNG =
    2 sets max reps strict press followed by push press, then push jerk @115lbs = 5 p, 5 pp, 2 pj
    2 sets behind the back military press 95 lbs 10 reps only got 7 both sets
    40 lb dumbells 2 sets max reps strict press followed by push press, then push jerk = 5 p, 3 pp, 3 pj
    2 set 10 reps 135lb incline bench press

    Awoke this morning ready to double my efforts on the burpee countdown. Having only done one burpee at home, I don’t think I realized the energy and excitement that I have for this project. The first burpee went fine. The second was the problem. Usually, I am doing burpees as part of a workout or after a workout. This morning I didn’t realize how much the WOD’s at Crossfit had helped me. Anyway, I have a guy coming over to look at how much it will cost to repair the hole in the ceiling. I got a little too much “air” on the second burpee and now we have a problem!!

    I will be doing future burpees where the ceiling is higher.

    Wow, it was great to be back tonight! Thanks everyone for your support & motivation! I was just happy to finish my 1st CFJ WOD in almost 3 months!
