    This is the first time I have done thrusters or any kind of squat in a month. Thankfully my leg felt pretty good! I tried to not over do it. Hopefully this means that I’ll be back to full speed in the coming weeks.

    Did CFWUx3 and 5 Burpees

    Thought I would try the main Crossfit Site WOD modified w/100lbs. : With a continuously running clock do one 135 pound Clean and Jerk the first minute, two 135 pound Clean and Jerks the second minute, three 135 pound Clean and Jerks the third minute… continuing as long as you are able. Use as many sets each minute as needed.

    I did not last very long. Did Clean and Jerk of 100lbs.
    1 in 1st minute
    2 in 2nd minute
    3 in 3rd minute
    3 in 4th minute

    Did Sumo Deadlift High Pull
    1×105 lbs.
    Just did this for fun. Noticed on my max lifts list that I had only done 95lbs. previously.

    Did OHS
    15×45lbs., 10×55lbs., 10×55lbs.

    Did Shoulder press
    6×85lbs., 5×85lbs., 4×85lbs., 3×85lbs.

    Did Bench Press 15×95lbs.

    Rowed 500 meters in 2:05
