    2:00 for all 5- I could have had a sub 2 but I didn’t try hard enough. Have fun with this one!

    Did CFWUx3 w/assisted dips & pull-ups, except the last set of dips I did 4 unassisted, which is my new PR.

    Rowed for 2 minutes. The C2 monitor works one day, and then is broken. So, I rarely get to know how far I go.
