Hello CrossFit Jenks Crew,
It looks like all is going well for you. Your WOD posting times and workouts look great. For all of you performing the burpees great work. They sure add up quick. I set a goal that each day I will do them all unbroken up to 100. So far so good at 8. Hope they are all unbroken when greater than 50. It is so cool to see so many people performing the burpee countdown. Only 92 days left tell I am on that freedom bird. Oh yea and done with these burpees:)
I have been extremely busy, but getting in my WODs pretty regularly though. I did Grace and the CF Jenks 5 sets of Thrusters for 10 reps at max wt together. It was brutal. Not the preferred method, just punishment for missing a day.
GRACE as Rxd = 4:10
The thrusters were one set at 95lbs and all of the last 4 sets at 115lbs. Next time maybe 1 or 2 sets at 135lbs.
Knocked out BARBARA as RXd yesterday as it is one of my favorite WODs and reminds me of Army PT and I think it really helps one prepare for the Army PT test.

Rd 2 = 3:43
Rd 3 = 3:50
Rd 4 = 4:20
Rd 5 = 4:09
Total all 5 Rds = 19:54
Keep on burpeeing and pushing it hard on the WODs. Until I can write again.

Did 5 rounds for time of
15 deadlifts
12 hang power cleans
9 front squats
6 push jerks
all w/80lbs. barbell
My time: 32:47
Did 8 Burpees
8 Burpees,
1 mile run in 8:09
8 Burpees
8 burpees
