C’mon Breck, give me some kind of comment on that WOD today. That was no simple WOD. Something about doing those hang cleans right after the deadlifts wiped me out yesterday and I was using 55lbs. less weight. Your time is super.
I did CFWUx3 w/assisted pull-ups and 9 Burpees
Then pull-ups w/added weight 1-1-1-1-1-1-1
I did pull-ups and chin-ups, one of each for each set.
Did 45lbs. all pulls and chins.

At first I thought I was going to try to do this one as Rx’d. I’m glad I didn’t. It was pretty rough at just 65lbs. Next time I’m going for 75lbs which I know I can handle. I don’t want to get too ambitious with squats just yet so this was a good one! It burned!
Hey Mark, I had Loren’s time to shoot for so I really pushed hard. I believe if we had been doing it together it would have been a great competition and the outcome would have been interesting. You are right about the hang power cleans. All my deadlifts, front squats and push jerks were unbroken but I had to break up the power cleans every round except for the first. I didn’t get up from the floor for about 10 minutes after this one. It was a great workout!

Oh Yea I have been doing the burpees and they are all unbroken up to 9. I will do 10 today as it is 0130 hrs here on Tuesday 7 OCT. I imagine you all are in a CrossFit Class right now. Go for Broke!
Man I am of mixed emotions after performing this WOD and then seeing Breck and Loren’s times. The first time I did this WOD as RXd it was 32:52 and when I finished this WOD of recent I was stoked because I knocked off almost 7 minutes. Then I see Breck and Loren’s time and I’m floored. I guess I better pick myself back up and keep on CrossFitting to reach this height. Breck and Loren are you sure you did 5 rounds and not 3?????? Just kidding great Job! Kevin and Ginny you all did a spectacular job too. Keep up the great work. Wishing all of you fitness, wellness and happiness.
