With a continuously running clock do one Clean and Jerk the first minute, two Clean and Jerks the second minute, three Clean and Jerks the third minute… continuing as long as you are able.

Men use 135 lbs, Women use 85 lbs or scale as needed.

Use as many sets each minute as needed.

Post number of minutes completed to responses.

    Completed a total of 9 Minutes and got 7 reps on the 10th minute.

    Total of 43 reps.

    Hey Mark, I have been waiting for someone to ask that. Its a rest break and not an exercise. Todd has perfected resting on the GHD in between reps.

    95 lbs. = 7 min. + 4
    500m row = 1:48
    made up the burpees for sat,sun,mon= 45 total

    hey breck- just saw the video that was posted a couple days ago of you and the 21x15x9, impressive!! 3 more sec’s and you got that guy. ha/ha

    Modified workout to 65lbs…

    Continued to 45 total reps.
