Coach Breck: Since I was still feeling the pains of the Dallas four day trip yesterday I will punish myself tonight and feel some different kind of pain and do yesterdays and todays workout tonight. It should only take me three minutes (three rounds), or so to do last nights and probably around 45 minutes for tonights. I won’t mention how many Burpees I owe. I deserve to “feel the suck”.
