5 Dumbbell deadlifts
5 Dumbbell hang power cleans
5 Dumbbell thrusters
Post dumbbell weight used, total minutes completed and total rounds completed thereafter.
The rx’d dumbbell weight is 45% bodyweight for men and 30% bodyweight for women (that is both dumbbells combined).

Failed during the 13th minute
Completed that round, plus 3 more and got through 5 Hang Cleans of another round

Bodyweight = 170
Used 45 lb dumbbells (53% of bodyweight)
Should have done 40 lb dumbbells but I thought I could make it through with the 45′s but I was wrong.
Failed during minute 16, so I made it 15 rounds before tapping out and then went on to complete a total of 18 rounds + 5 deadlifts and 1 hang power clean.
