Every minute on the minute for 20 minutes:

5 Dumbbell deadlifts

5 Dumbbell hang power cleans

5 Dumbbell thrusters

Post dumbbell weight used, total minutes completed and total rounds completed thereafter.

The rx’d dumbbell weight is 45% bodyweight for men and 30% bodyweight for women (that is both dumbbells combined).

    Modified using 30 lb dumbells (37.5% of Body Weight)

    Failed during the 13th minute

    Completed that round, plus 3 more and got through 5 Hang Cleans of another round

    31 Burpees

    Bodyweight = 170

    Used 45 lb dumbbells (53% of bodyweight)

    Should have done 40 lb dumbbells but I thought I could make it through with the 45′s but I was wrong.

    Failed during minute 16, so I made it 15 rounds before tapping out and then went on to complete a total of 18 rounds + 5 deadlifts and 1 hang power clean.

    I did 125-135-135-125-125-125-140

    Did Shoulder Press

    21x95lbs. (first time I ever did this much weight unbroken)

    Did dumbbell shoulder press w/20lb. dumbbells 21 reps (15,6)

    Did 7 pull-ups w/25lbs. added weight

    Modified using 25lb dumbells

    Completed all 20 rounds

    Nicole, awesome time on Fran yesterday! One of these days I’ll get there.
    Also Loren and I are looking forward to the Halloween party. The prisoner along with his guard will be in attendance!

    made 4 rnds and tappped, 5 more before 20 min. was up. w/ 35 lb. db’s

    totally wussed out on this one. time to lay on the couch with my ice pack, as Rx’d by the SEALS.

    Couldn’t resist one of my favorite lifts and had to do the squat cleans from the main site.
    Squat cleans 1-1-1-1-1-1-1

    205/225/235/240/245/250(PR)/failed on 255

    Wanted to do 40′s …Breck shook his head at me no

    Wanted to do 35′s next…Tim and Danny had both sets…

    So I did 30′s…and all 20 rounds…

    My shoulders hurt…got some good ol’ strawberries on em

    Used 20lb DB’s

    Made all 20 Rounds.. probably should have used 25lbs

    Good job to Jen on completing “FRAN” as rx’d!!!
