    CFWUx3 w/32 Burpees mixed in (11,11,10)

    Did Shoulder press 1-1-1-1-1
    Push Press 3-3-3-3-3
    Push Jerk 5-5-5-5-5
    Did 105lbs. all lifts

    This is first time I was able to stay at the weight that I started with. Usually my arms would tire and the weight would go down.

    I have been doing Crossfit workouts at the same Globo Gym for more than a year, and I do not remember anyone ever saying anything to me about my workouts until today. A man came up to me and introduced himself. He then said, “I watch you everyday. You workout too hard. You do all kinds of things. You always work too hard. I say to myself. You are in another world.”

    Yeah, Crossfit Universe!

    Hey guys, just got back last night from the mountains. I went with pops this morning to his little gym and so I thought I would catch up on the Burpee count.
    Busted out 150 of those mothers (broken up of course) 32+31+30+29+28
    It was almost commical when pops bout crashed on the second set. Those were 10x more exhausting than scaling the mtn. @ 9000 ft. But I am current and OKDB better get back soon cause these suck.. Cya in D morning

    The Wrinkled Nightgown

    A man and wife were celebrating their 50-year anniversary, so the man bought his wife a $250 see-through nightgown.
    Later that night she was getting ready for bed and realized the nightgown was still in the box downstairs. Walking naked through the house, she passed her husband who said, “My word, for $250 they could’ve at least ironed it!”
