    Subbed 500 meter rows for the runs.

    I was shooting for Denver’s time who did the same workout in the 6:00am class. His time was 14:57. Great job Denver! Things might have been different if we were doing this one together. I get an advantage by seeing everyones times before I do the workout.

    Anyone interested in playing co-ed flag football? Team CFJ? I think it would be a lot of fun! I will bring some info in to the gym if anyone is interested.

    Was out of town today, and had to come up with something to do at my hotel, which had no workout room, and no place I could find for pull-ups.
    I did 3×15 squats, 3×15 push-ups, 3×15 sit-ups to warm-up.
    Did 33 Burpees in the parking lot.
    I took off for a run, and I got about a quarter mile before my left achilles got super tight. I limped back to the hotel.
    Did 50 push-ups and 100 squats.
    I guess I have some kind of tendinitis running between my calf and my heel on my left leg, as this problem has now been going on for about 3 weeks. Does not bother me doing the Burpee jumps, but any running on the road and it flares up quickly. Used to have this same problem with my right leg for years, but Crossfit seemed to have cured it. I wish it would go away.

    I hit the eliptical machine for 30 minutes today since I wasn’t able to make it to the gym.
