I think we were starting to get a rhythm offensively…and I think we all know who our big wide out is…Tim…your lankiness, giant man hands, and overall creepiness helped in making some great catches/plays

Did warm-up of 3 rounds 15 squats, 15 sit-ups, 15 push-ups.
Did 50 Burpees in 5:45 (did the extra burpee for fun, and because I wanted to get a 50-burpee time)
Did 10 sets of 10 reps of shoulder press w/20lb. dumbells
On a track ran 6 rounds of 400meters w/2 min. break between each 400.
My times: 2:09, 1:55, 1:53, 1:54, 2:07, 1:55
Did 2 sets of 10 pull-ups
Great job on the game! Hopefully David & I will be able to come out & watch the next one!
