    Ginny and Matt S. those look like great “300″ times. Congratulations on a terrific workout. I was scared of the “300″ today.

    At home I did 125 Burpees in 19:58 (did these 10,10,….,5 with 30 sec. rest after each 10, and 60 sec. after 30,60, 90 burpees)
    I am current on my 100-day Burpee challenge.
