Went to gym and did Tabata Something Else
Total:  246 (new PR)

Did 3 rounds of 10 pull-ups and 10 dips and assisted dips.

25 Back extensions

Did dumbbell shoulder press w/15lb. dumbbells. 15 reps</description>
