Dumbbell Deadlift, 10 reps
Dumbbell Hang clean, 8 reps
Dumbbell Push-press, 6 reps

Post dumbbell weight and rounds to responses.

    Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:

    Dumbbell Deadlift, 10 reps

    Dumbbell Hang clean, 8 reps

    Dumbbell Push-press, 6 reps

    I used 35lb dumbbells

    10 rounds completed

    Dumbbell Push-press, 6 reps

    I used 30Ib dumbbells

    11 rounds 10 deadlifts 2 Hang cleans

    Used 40 lb dumbbells each
    Total Rounds= 12 + 10 deadlifts

    used 35# dumbbell

    total rounds= 10 + 10 deadlifts

    65 burpees

    Did CFWUx3 w/assisted dips and pull-ups and 65 Burpees

    Did should press 1-1-1-1-1-1-1
    I did 95-105-120(failed-I had it above my head, but could not get it locked out. Would have been PR)-115(failed-gave my all on the 120 attempt)-105-105-105-105-105-105

    I did Back squat 10x105lbs.

    Hey guys,

    Just an FYI to let you all know that David and I have not gone into hiding! We have just been sick and seem to keep re-infecting each other! Hopefully we will BOTH be well soon and be back with you guys!

    19 Rounds… Did regular Hang Cleans. I now realize that everyone must have done squat cleans.

    30 minutes
    3.15 miles

    15 Rounds

    13 rounds + 9 deadlifts.
