The Jingle Bell 5km Run will be this Saturday at 9:30am on 35th and Riverside.  Because of this, the 9:30am class will be canceled.  We would like to encourage everyone to come out and participate in a fun event for a good cause. Click here for more details.

*We will still be holding the 11:00am class on Saturday.

    *Note: I was in the air on pull-up #3 when time was called, so that’s questionable. Breck called me out – Just trying to keep it honest. Good work today fellas!

    I am having a heck of time getting over the flu

    I did 2 rounds of 15 squats, 15 sit-ups, 15 push-ups from knees

    149 Burpees (10, 10, …., 9). Had to make up yesterday’s burpees because I was sick and did nothing yesterday.

    4×10 Pull-ups

    5x95lb. thrusters
    5x95lb. thrusters

    15 C&J w/ 95lbs.

    2 sets of 10 dumbell sholder press w/20lb. dumbells

    I have not done a posted WOD in a week trying to regain some strength to take one on.
