    CF Mom Site:

    “Baby Helen” ; )
    3 Rounds for time:
    400m run (5.8mph)
    20 one-armed kettlebell swings @10lbs (each arm)
    12 pull-ups

    Time: 18:??

The one-armed swings were actually a great workout! I’m trying to convince Breck to add those to a WOD.. more than 10lbs though.. : )
