I wanted to share the news that today marks my one year anniversary of crossfit!! I am pretty excited because I didn’t think I was going to be able to do half of the things that crossfit has allowed me to accomplish. I also wanted to say congratulations to Tim for marking his one year anniversary yesterday! And a belated happy birthday as well! I want to thank everyone at Crossfit Jenks for all the support and encouragment you all have given to me. The results and improvements that I have seen in myself for me…are priceless. Thanks Crossfit Jenks! Now go kick Helen’s A$$!

Happy Anniversary to both Jen and Tim on their one year with CFJ!!! We are so happy to have both of you as a part of our CrossFit family! I wish I could come in and see everyone’s workout tonight, but I’ll be working till 7pm.. ; (

During the 100-day challenge I did burpees in my bedroom, my garage, my living room, my in-law’s front porch in Lampasas, my in-law’s guest bedroom, and at my local Globo. As you can tell, I have a very dull life. Thus, I got easily drawn into the excitment of the 100-day challenge.
Today I warmed up w/CFWUx3 w/assisted dips and 20 burpees (I missed them so much, I had to do a few)
did Hang Squat Cleans 1-1-1-1-1-1-1
I did 105-115-120(f)-115(f)-105-105-105-105-105
OHS 15x45lbs.
Back squat 21x95lbs.

Kody and I will be MIA tonight, but not due to lack of enthusiasm for Helen. She is one of my favorites! The BCS Championship calls….GO GATORS!
