I agree with you Matt. Whenever there is a barf bucket set in front of an exercise I get leery.
I love that matt is looking at Kristi and Kristi is looking at Matt ha ha
I am jealous of all those rowers. My gym has one stinking rower, and the computer never works on it.
Today I did CFWUx3 w/20 burpees
Did OHS 3-3-3-3-3
I did 45-50-55-60-65-70
The workout was going great and felt like I was probably going to keep going up in weight without any problems, when dropping into my 3rd squat with 70lbs. overhead my left groin had a pop and some pain. I finished that lift and stopped. Feels like I have a mild muscle pull.
I think at that point I was crop dusting…and Kristi was coming to realization of this
is that why her face is all like ‘what is that and where is it coming from?’ lol
