    Hello CrossFit Jenks Crew,
    Well I have observed your results and posts lately and you all are smoking hot. It will be a great day when I get to personally see you in action in the CFJ Facility.

    I like the 20lb vest of the double DynaMax ball lunges picture. I bought a 20lb vest just like that and love it. Puts a whiipin on you during WODs.

    Well I am hopefully settled in now and rolling into a consistent CrossFit regime. Busted out today wanting to give the CFJ WOD a try. I completed the following today:

    5 mile run in 37:24 and went immediately into the CFJ WOD
    “Karen” in 12:11
