Rest as needed between rounds.

Starting this Monday, January 26th we will be opening at 5:30 am through the month of February. Here is how it will work. Warm-up will begin at 5:30 am followed by the workout of the day at 6:00 am for those who come in at 5:30 am. Warm-up will begin at 6:00 am followed by the workout of the day at 6:30 am for those who come in at 6:00 am.

The Bear was more difficult than I was expecting.
1st round: 45lbs
2nd round: 55lbs
3rd round: 65 lbs
4th round: 70 lbs
5th round: 75 lbs (only three on this one)

Had to do a 6th round just to see if I could- 175 lbs
Lots of rest in between rounds!

You all should have seen Breck do the the 6th rd w/175# 7 times. It was quite amazing….
