    CFJ Crew,

    Man, it’s been tough sitting out the past couple weeks with an injury. I really miss sweating it out in the gym with ya’ll, especially the crazy morning crew. However, I’ve been watching everyone’s times and I have to say that you guys and gals are a bunch of a$$ kickers. The recent times have been awesome! All the hard work has me pretty pumped to heal up and get back in the gym. I can’t wait.

    Keep up the great work!

    Terry- we miss you at Flg football too! We all hope you are feeling better! Saturday is our championship games and we would love to see you there- even if you can’t play yet!

    As I was saying with Stowers…I think time might be on my side…Breck’s 32 and I’m 24…so that gives me plenty of time to get to beast like unbroken status.

    And Terry you are missed bud…I think Kevin has been taking it the hardest…he may not openly admit it…but he says the lack of your presence is sometimes performance altering…I know my workouts don’t feel the same

    Like I told you last week Matt S., that is why I don’t post anymore (“pack some fudge pal”). I can’t compete with you brother. Plus, I don’t know what that means and don’t want to know. Also, at 24 you better enjoy it while you can……..When you get to be 48 like me unbroken is a dream.
