    I wanted to do this one…looked like a vomit inducer…but weather made it a little hard…so I will save this one for later

    100 Burpees: 5:14
    2 min sit ups: 84
    2 min of push ups: 90
    20 min sprint set: 1 min low intensity, 1 min 80% sprint, 1 min low intensity, 1 min 80% sprint, 1 min low intensity, 30 second full sprint (repeat for 20 min)
