I have been wanting to try this one for a long time! I’m still having fits with my right arm. It is getting better very slowly but surely. The treadmill has become my best friend. Hopefully I’ll be back at it next week. I miss being in the gym! I have a feeling I’ll have a lot of ground to make up after being CrossFit idle for two weeks…ugh.

I did modified “Elizabeth” with 65lb. squat cleans and assisted dips.

Still coming back from groin injury. First time in two weeks that I squatted with any weight in my hands.
