    Note: If you have done “Chelsea” before and completed all 30 rounds then you add a rep to each exercise. You continue to do this until you can’t make the 30 rounds. So on my next date with “Chelsea” I will be doing 7 Pull-ups, 12 Push-ups, and 17 Squats.

    I have been wanting to try this one for a long time! I’m still having fits with my right arm. It is getting better very slowly but surely. The treadmill has become my best friend. Hopefully I’ll be back at it next week. I miss being in the gym! I have a feeling I’ll have a lot of ground to make up after being CrossFit idle for two weeks…ugh.

    Justin, Breck, Kevin….. Wow! Chelsea got run over and crushed.

    I did modified “Elizabeth” with 65lb. squat cleans and assisted dips.
    My time: 13:56

    Still coming back from groin injury. First time in two weeks that I squatted with any weight in my hands.
