15 Wall ball shots (Men 20 lb ball, Women 14 lb ball)
10 Pull-ups
5 Power clean and jerk (Men 135 lbs, Women 85 lbs)

500 Meter row
Rest 5 minutes between each round.
Post each 500 meter row time to responses.

Effective March 1st, we will no longer be offering a 7:30pm class on Wednesdays but instead will offer a 7:30pm class on Thursdays.
