The 9:30am class this Saturday, March 14th will be canceled.  Instead we would like to encourage everyone to participate in the  St. Patrick’s 5km Run.

    Hey everyone…Julie and I are still alive!
    We’ve been very busy and sick this week. Lot’s of changes at work etc. thanks to the economy. I’m also taking on a new role at work.

    We miss you all and we miss CrossFit a bunch!
