For total reps:

Complete 2 minutes of each exercise followed by one minute of rest in between each exercise for a total of 29 minutes.  Choose any order you prefer to complete the exercises.

    Bring it Jen. How the flip did Steve and Kevin mange 60+ box jumps? That is one every two seconds. Box jumps are my nemesis!

    I aslo think we should incorporate some sort of snowball fight into Saturday’s workout.

    Yeah it is more like what Crossfit would be in the 80s, with the neon dumbells and all!
