25 Pull-ups
Push jerk, 7 reps (Men 135 lbs, Women 85 lbs)

    Coach Breck I remember when you did this one for the money and also got your legendary photo and video. I am sure my time is nowhere near your stellar time and I am not even sure I made the 2007 CF Games cut-off time. BTW what was their cut-off time???? Nonetheless the pull-ups smoked me. Ate too many pieces of pizza and cookies last night. yummy, yummy

    25 Pull-ups (all broken)
    Push jerk, 7 reps (Men 135 lbs) all unbroken Had the weight on the floor to clean each of the 5 rounds
