Good Morning CF Jenks. Felt a little froggy today and jumped into a cold 4 mile hilly run before church. It wasn’t too bad. My biceps are still sore and it hurts to straighten my arms after yesterdays 125 pull-ups, but the 4 mile hill run was OK. Every now and then I like to do a little endurance work since most CF WODs are sub-20 minute workouts with the occassional sub-10 min and occasional 30 min smokefest. Do not get me wrong my 10km and 10 mile run times are stiill about the same, it is just a little more of a gut check and mental battle since they are not a weekly routine. The good news is my times are still the same and my knees are not always getting trashed on those LSD runs. Anyway have a great Sunday and I look forward to seeing some of you at the OKC Olympic Cert .
