Today did 21×35lb. dumbell snatch w/right arm, then left arm, then 21 pull-ups, then run 400m.
Then 15×35lb. dumbell snatch right & left, 15 pull-ups, run 400m.
Then 9×35lb. dumbell snatch right & left, 9 pull-ups, run 400m.
My time: 26:22
all running on treadmill at 0% incline. All power snatches, no squat.
