“Tabata You Gotta Be Kidding Me” This workout is from The Hopper Deck 1.0.
Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are wall ball shots (Men 20 lb ball, Women 14 lb ball) , the second 8 are pull-ups, the third 8 intervals are squats, and finally, the last 8 intervals are sumo deadlift high pulls (Men 75 lbs, Women 55 lbs). There is no rest between exercises.
