5 Muscle ups

30 Sit-ups

We are now offering a 9:00am and 10:00am class on Saturday.  The 11:00am free intro class will be for new participants only.

    As many rounds as you can do in 20 minutes of:

    5 Muscle ups

    30 Sit-ups

    results:
    6 rounds
    15 pull-ups
    12 dips.
    no walking.

    As Rx’d – 7 rounds completed

    Did 5 rounds of 30 sit-ups (on the floor) and 25 back extensions (on a 45-degree Roman Chair).

    okay… i just re-read my post….I was still out of it when I wrote it, I just copied and pasted without even thinking!!!

    I DID
    15 pull-ups
    15 dips
    30 sit-ups
    for: 6 rounds + 15 pull-ups and 12 dips.

    As Rx’d- 6 rounds…most muscle ups for me ever…I usually quit after 3…

    AMRAP in 20 minutes of:

    5 Muscle ups

    30 Sit-ups

    as Rx’d, 7 rounds completed plus 1 muscle up

    5 Muscle ups
    30 Sit-ups
    I subbed 15 pull ups and 15 dips for muscle ups
    Total Rounds: 7 + 15 pull ups and 14 dips
